(“Juncture Tech,” “we” or “us”) uses and discloses personal information about you when we receive it while you use our websites that link to this Privacy Policy, including juncturetech.com, and any social media pages that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”) or when you communicate with us directly by email, telephone, or otherwise.
Separate from the information collected through the Site or in direct communications with you, we may receive, process, and store personal information in the course of providing data analytics or other services to our clients. However, such receipt, processing, and storage of personal information is controlled by and performed under the direction of our clients, and we do not process or use that information for any other purpose.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy. If we make any material changes, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification).
We collect personal information through the Site and through direct communications and use it for typical business purposes (such as security, anti-fraud, business reporting, and protecting the rights and interests of Juncture Tech, you, and others), and, subject to the requirements of applicable law, as described more specifically below:
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you request a demo or report, subscribe to our newsletter, fill out a form, or communicate with us by chat, email, or telephone.

Sales, Mergers, and Acquisitions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets of or associated with a business unit, or transition of a business unit to another entity (whether by private sale, through operation of law, as part of a divestiture plan, or otherwise), we will provide personal information and transaction history associated with each such business unit to the persons and/or entities assuming control of such business unit or as otherwise necessary to complete the transaction as permitted by law or contract.

Juncture Tech is based in the United States and the information collected under this Privacy Policy is processed in the United States. To the extent we enter into arrangements with customers in other countries to process and store their information, we abide by our agreements (including, where applicable, EU-approved Standard Contract Clauses) and the underlying legal framework (including, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”)).

Certain jurisdictions impose specific legal requirements and privacy rights with respect to personal information, and we will comply with restrictions and any requests you submit as required by applicable law. You may be able to use the Site to access and update the information that you have provided to us through your use of the Site or otherwise. When you make a request, we may require that you provide information and follow procedures so that we can verify a request you make and your jurisdiction before responding to it. The verification steps we take may differ depending on your jurisdiction and the request you make. We will match the information that you provide in your request to information we already have on file to verify your identity. If we are able to verify your request, we will process it. If we cannot verify your request, we may ask you for additional information to help us verify your request.
We will respond to your request within the time period required by applicable law. However, we may not always be able to fully comply with your request, and we will notify you in that event.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), California consumers have the following rights: to request additional information about our data collection, use, disclosure, and sales practices as a business in connection with the consumer’s personal information; to request the specific Personal Information collected about the consumer during the previous 12 months; and to request the deletion of personal information we have about the consumer in our role as a business. California consumers also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment if they exercise the rights list above.
Please note, when we process personal information on behalf of our customers, our customers (and not Juncture Tech) may have the obligation to respond to California consumer requests. We will not access our customers’ data for this purpose, and California consumers will need to direct their requests to our customers. We will respond to requests made by California consumers with respect to the information governed by this Privacy Policy.
California law permits California consumers to use an authorized agent to make privacy rights requests. We require the authorized agent to provide us with proof of the California consumer’s written permission (for example, a power of attorney) that shows the authorized agent has the authority to submit a request for the California consumer. An authorized agency must follow the process described below to make a request, and we will additionally require the authorized agent to verify his/her own identity and registration to do business in California and we will confirm the agent’s authority with the California consumer about whom the request was made.
